Client Portal

The Client Portal is where you will be able to access and complete the remaining forms needed for evaluation. This is also where you will be able to upload documents, view your appointments, and access a copy of the comprehensive report once evaluation is completed.

Once you have received a welcome e-mail from FirstSteps Autism Evaluations inviting you to our Client Portal, you may also access the Client Portal at any time by clicking here or by clicking on the Client Portal button below.

Each time you need to access the Client Portal, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Return to the Client Portal

  2. Click the "I’m an Existing Client" button

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Click "E-mail Me a Link"

  5. Check your inbox to find the sign-in e-mail. If you do not see the sign-in e-mail in your inbox, please also check your "promotions" inbox; sometimes the sign-in e-mails are sent to a spam or other folder.

Keep in mind that the link in the email is valid for 24 hours and can only be used to sign in once. After that, you will need to follow this process again to request a new link to access the Client Portal.
